Welcome!

My name is Marc and I'm a dog walker and trainer based in Oxfordshire, serving clients across the UK and beyond.

I train dogs to become well-behaved canine citizens, and I do it by helping people become guardians that their dogs can look up to for direction and guidance.

Too many people struggle to live harmonious lives with their dogs, stressed about the next walk or dreading meal times.  Some suffer in silence, whilst others don't realise there is a better way.

But there is!

I help people build deeper, stronger and more fulfilled relationships with their dogs.  This starts with choosing the right breed through to basic obedience, play and if things go wrong, practical problem-solving.

Whatever the challenge, be it breed selection, recall, reactivity, aggression, pulling, excessive barking, separation anxiety, jumping or even just sitting still - I am ready and able to help.

So, please get in touch and I'll be delighted to help.

In the Words of my Clients...

Small beagle

"William loves the training!  He was so good on his walk this morning, paying attention and sitting at every gate.  I can now leave him for longer periods of time. He's going great with your plan.  At this rate, I'll be able to return to the gym!

We appreciate you very much!"

Carol & William

A spaniel

"I worked with a another trainer for months without much success.  By the end of the first session with Marc, we had made so much progress.  Polly was able to stay calm in the presence of a large off-lead dog which was great!"

Joe & Polly

A dog

"Thanks for your time. I practised the instant down with Boycie after and we got it by the time we were back at the entrance. I also trialled the other bits too.  I'll make a list to focus on and it would be great to get your support"

What we DON'T offer

  • Cast-iron Guarantees.  Very few things are 100% certain in dog training and we must be humble when a challenge is beyond us.  If there is a situation where we don’t think we can help, we will point you in the direction of someone who can

  • Competitive Obedience, Sporting or Bite-Work.  We focus on pets and companion animals in everyday real-life situations

  • One-and-done Solutions.  Regardless of the progress made during sessions, owners must be ready to put in the work at home for long-term success

  • Sugarcoated Feedback.  Honesty is a vital element of the consultations, so straight-talking and tough-love are sometimes necessary
