Most of our services start with a quick 30-minute online chat where we can begin to understand the challenge you are facing with your dog, gather some important background information and build a picture of what success looks like to you. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy
PREFACE 1. This policy applies to online consultations only. A more complete set of Terms and Conditions are applied to in-person sessions. 2. Dogs are living creatures and their behaviours change over time due to factors such as age and changes in their environment. This Policy cannot circumvent these factors. 3. Much Ado About Dogs will make recommendations and suggestions, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the owner/handler. Any actions that the client takes take without professional supervision is done so at their own risk. 4. Behaviour modification work is not guaranteed with any animal. 5. Much Ado About Dogs encourages clients to contact their veterinary surgeon before any work. This responsibility sits with the client. 6. By joining this session, the client grants Much Ado About Dogs permission to record and document all services rendered to the client for training and/or marketing purposes. Permission can be revoked upon request at any time. BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS 1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an online session, 24 hours’ notice is requested. 2. Much Ado About Dogs reserves the right to cancel or change an appointment at any time by notice with immediate effect, without cause. 3. If the client initiates 3 cancellations, the client will be barred from all further future services by Much Ado About Dogs.
