/ There are no bad dogs
/ No owner should have to suffer in silence
/ We approach each situation with an open mind and aren’t interested in casting blame or judgements.  The past is in the past!
/ It’s never too late to change the relationship with your dog.  Old dogs can absolutely learn new tricks!
/ Every dog is an individual and must be treated as such.  The same is true for every owner. This is why we offer bespoke training plans to cater to every situation
/ Positive reinforcement is the cornerstone of our training approach.  This doesn't mean simply relying on treats.  Toys, praise, petting and even the environment can all be powerful rewards
/ All equipment has the potential to be misused; remember hammers can be used on nails or windows!  When we recommend a piece of equipment, we will also show you how to use it correctly
/ Communication, correction and punishment are different things.  We must communicate with our dogs.  We should correct our dogs fairly when needed.  We never, ever punish dogs
/ There is no absolute definitive way to train dogs – we have to be flexible in our approach depending on the circumstances.  The one constant in all situations is mutual respect and trust
/ There are no bad dogs!  We believe this so strongly that it is worth repeating!
